WTP engineering · Global delivery · 20+ years
MIT Water designs and manufactures complete water treatment plants, with BWRO, SWRO, UF and advanced polishing systems at the centre of our product range.
One partner, end to end
MIT Water combines equipment manufacturing, process engineering and responsive lifecycle support. The result is a solution matched to the water source, performance target and operating reality—not a generic catalogue pick.

From supply and commissioning to maintenance, upgrades and spare parts.
Two distinct system lines
Choose the treatment line that matches your project. WTP systems produce reliable process, utility and high-quality water; WWTP systems focus on compliant discharge and reuse.
Core product · before pickling & passivationWTP SYSTEMS
Custom and modular systems for brackish water, seawater, surface water and industrial feed water—from pretreatment through membrane separation and final polishing. BWRO and SWRO package systems are core MIT Water products.
Independent product lineWWTP SYSTEMS
Integrated physical, chemical and biological treatment for industrial wastewater, municipal duty, discharge compliance and water reuse.

Manufacturing quality control
This belongs to MIT Water's manufacturing and quality-control capability. Material verification, qualified welding, fabrication checks and NDT are linked through documented ITP hold and verification points.
Incoming SS304 pipe and fittings are checked for dimensions, wall thickness and material identity before fabrication. PMI and inspection records support material traceability.
Pipe welding is performed by personnel qualified in accordance with ASME Section IX. This is a comparatively uncommon capability among water-treatment fabricators in China and provides stronger control of weld quality.
Radiographic testing and liquid penetrant testing are incorporated where specified by the ITP. The available PT report records testing to ASME Section V and acceptance to the applicable ASME construction code.
Material verification records
Actual dimensional and material-check photographs from incoming pipe and fittings.

ASME Section IX
MIT Water uses welders qualified to ASME Section IX for stainless-steel pipework and skid fabrication. In China's water-treatment equipment field, this level of WPQ control is still uncommon, so it becomes a strong quality differentiator for BWRO, SWRO and other high-pressure RO systems.

Weld-internal-quality evidence retained under controlled traceability.
ASME-based surface examination with documented acceptance.
Project-related ITP, welding and inspection documents can be provided during technical review when required by the specification.
Request quality documents →Pickling & passivation
After welding and fabrication, stainless-steel pipework can be pickled and passivated to improve the surface condition and support corrosion resistance for RO and SWRO service.
