One partner, end to end

From water challenge to working solution.

MIT Water combines equipment manufacturing, process engineering and responsive lifecycle support. The result is a solution matched to the water source, performance target and operating reality—not a generic catalogue pick.

Deliver & support

From supply and commissioning to maintenance, upgrades and spare parts.

Two distinct system lines

WTP first. WWTP clearly separated.

Choose the treatment line that matches your project. WTP systems produce reliable process, utility and high-quality water; WWTP systems focus on compliant discharge and reuse.

Manufacturing quality control

ITP-driven fabrication quality.

This belongs to MIT Water's manufacturing and quality-control capability. Material verification, qualified welding, fabrication checks and NDT are linked through documented ITP hold and verification points.

01

Material inspection

Incoming SS304 pipe and fittings are checked for dimensions, wall thickness and material identity before fabrication. PMI and inspection records support material traceability.

  • Pipe and elbow dimensional checks
  • Wall-thickness verification
  • Positive material identification
02

ASME Section IX WPQ

Pipe welding is performed by personnel qualified in accordance with ASME Section IX. This is a comparatively uncommon capability among water-treatment fabricators in China and provides stronger control of weld quality.

  • Welder performance qualification
  • Qualified welding procedures
  • Controlled stainless-steel fabrication
03

RT & PT examination

Radiographic testing and liquid penetrant testing are incorporated where specified by the ITP. The available PT report records testing to ASME Section V and acceptance to the applicable ASME construction code.

  • RT film examination
  • PT surface examination
  • Documented acceptance records

ASME Section IX

Qualified welding is part of our ITP—not a marketing afterthought.

MIT Water uses welders qualified to ASME Section IX for stainless-steel pipework and skid fabrication. In China's water-treatment equipment field, this level of WPQ control is still uncommon, so it becomes a strong quality differentiator for BWRO, SWRO and other high-pressure RO systems.

Quality documents available on request

Project-related ITP, welding and inspection documents can be provided during technical review when required by the specification.

Pickling & passivation

Surface treatment after stainless-steel fabrication

After welding and fabrication, stainless-steel pipework can be pickled and passivated to improve the surface condition and support corrosion resistance for RO and SWRO service.

  • Post-weld surface treatment
  • Stainless-steel pipe and fitting protection
  • Supports long-term RO skid reliability
